We ship anywhere in North America for a flat rate of $320. Your Krýo Sauna arrives curbside or driveway delivery in a secure wooden flat-pack crate, with all panels and components carefully packed for safe transport. The unit arrives disassembled for easy handling, and can be moved through standard doorways before assembly.

How long does it take to assemble the sauna?
Most customers complete assembly in 2–3 hours with two people. Our modular, precision-cut panels are designed to fit together cleanly, making the setup simple and straightforward.
Like most (if not all) traditional saunas with this type of heater, you will need a licensed electrician to come in and wire the heater once the sauna is assembled.
How fast will my sauna ship?
Since each Krýo Sauna is handcrafted—not mass-produced—orders ship within 2–3 weeks to ensure exceptional build quality and attention to detail. Once your sauna leaves our facility, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. Standard freight timelines apply across the continental U.S. and Canada, with additional time required for remote or island destinations.
Do you offer financing?

Whats the difference between traditional saunas and infrared?
Traditional saunas heat the air and create steam by pouring water over real stones, delivering a more intense, full-body heat experience. Infrared warms the body directly with lower temperatures and no steam. Many users prefer traditional saunas for their deep heat, steam, and overall therapeutic feel.
Is it true that most sauna studies are based on traditional saunas?
