So after almost a year of researching and searching for a sauna I just happened to come across the kryo sauna. Best thing I ever did. Ended up talking to Adam before the purchase while he was on vacation and he didn’t hesitate for one minute to spend time with me on the phone. Ended up purchasing the sauna that night. Super fast delivery. Once I saw how well it was shipped I knew I made the right choice. Opened the box, took all the pieces out and carried downstairs to the basement. They were heavy but 2 of us managed to do it without any issues. Took 2 days to put together and wire up. One day to put it together and the second day to pull a new set of wires for it. The directions are super easy to follow and it is very straightforward when putting it together. I have used it everyday since I installed it and love every minute of it. Could not be happier with the choice. If you are on the fence about it, don’t be. Built perfectly, no nasty glues, and it looks great!
Super happy with my Krýo plunge! Avid cold plunger, have been using my Krýo outdoors all summer, set at 2-12C and it has no trouble battling the summer heat! Easy to set up and clean, water quality has been great. Love the convenience and quality of this product!
Absolutely unreal sauna and customer service from start to finish. Adam personally took the time to answer all of my questions before purchasing and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was perfect. The craftsmanship is outstanding — stunning cedar throughout, a sleek glass panel door, and the incredible HUUM Drop heater that can be controlled via WiFi for the ultimate convenience. It looks amazing, heats beautifully, and has completely elevated my home wellness routine. I genuinely could not recommend this sauna more highly.
I looked at several tubs before choosing Kryo and I’m very happy I chose Kryo. This tub is great looking so I can put it anywhere and cooler unit is so much nicer than buying/hauling/making ice. It is so easy to move or take to the cottage for summer. Adam and his team are quick to answer calls or questions, not that I had many because he did a great job walking me thru everything. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking, and I can’t describe how great I feel after using it ! Thanks Adam !!!

The Kryo sauna exceeded our expectations with the build quality, simple setup and overall ease of use. The HUUM heater and app are excellent as it heats up very quickly and we can preheat it from anywhere. The sauna is well built and excellent quality with all the little details you expect. Adam was extremely helpful and responsive when making the purchase and with any questions we’ve had since. I'm genuinely impressed—this thing is the real deal for anyone serious about sauna.
The HUUM Drop heater is top-of-the-line and delivers insane heat. It gets crazy hot quickly and gives the full sauna experience with steam from the stones. It comes with a bucket and ladle, and paired with the all-Canadian cedar construction, the aroma and overall feel are spot-on.
The WiFi is a game changer, you can preheat it from the HUUM app. Super convenient.
Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, though HUUM recommends an electrician for the heater. Once set up, the build quality shines through: super sturdy, solid construction, and it feels like a legit, high-end sauna built to last.
Huge shoutout to Adam, he's awesome! Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Made everything smooth and easy; they even delivered right to my farm.

I’m beyond impressed with Kryo and their sauna. Adam, the owner, delivers next-level customer service — truly personalized, responsive, and you can tell he actually cares about the customer experience. I spent nearly a year researching saunas, comparing brands, quality, and support, and Kryo stood head and shoulders above the rest. The sauna itself is outstanding — beautifully built, Canadian-made, and feels premium in every way. From the first conversation to delivery, the experience was seamless. If you’re even thinking about a sauna, stop looking and go with Kryo. Zero regrets.
I want start off by saying if your on the fence with buying the Kyro DO IT! I have had my Kyro for a little over 2 weeks now and I don’t regret a single thing about my purchase.
I spent a full month reviewing all the top brand tub/chiller combos, I even went as far as reaching out to real life customers on the social media comments. One of the biggest things that stood out to me with Kyro was customer care response! I messaged there Facebook page on a Sunday evening and had a reply within minutes. To my surprise it wasn’t the generic sales rep pushing there written agenda on why I need to buy there tub. It was Andy the Co-founder who spent the time to answer each of my questions with a detailed response.
Fast forward a week since purchasing the tub (which was shipped and at my door within a few days of purchase!) it was Sunday of a long weekend and I sent a minor follow up question on the Facebook platform. Within minutes I had Adam giving me a call to follow up with a response. Guess what I’m trying to say is you won’t find a better customer care base IMO.
As for the tub and chiller itself it is VERY well built, tub and fittings are all very sturdy and made to last. The chiller is extremely fast at chilling tub to desired temp, with that the chiller runs very minimal keeping down on noise. Filtration is AWESOME between the large particulate filter and the o-zone filtration water changing is minimal compared to other top brands. If you’re going to spend a small fortune on these setups why not have the best options in place to make it easiest to use and maintain!
